Sponsor VIP Program

As a sponsor of FORUM & Expo, your sponsorship comes with a custom VIP code that can be used by up to 25 of your prospects/clients to attend our event for free as your guest.

You will receive an HTML invite that can be used in your own efforts for email and social marketing. You can also send us a list of individuals you would like the IHC to invite on your behalf to be your company’s VIP in Atlanta.

**Please Note

  • General Sessions are in the same room as the exhibits. Exhibit area lights will dim during General Sessions. Out of respect to our attendees and speakers, please take any booth conversations to the foyer during that time.
  • Each Booth comes with 8′ high backwall and 3′ high side dividers, (1) 6′ topped and skirted table, (2) side chairs, (1) wastebasket, (1) 7×44 identification sign. All booths will be supplied with Power. Exhibit space is carpeted. Any additional items can be ordered Freeman Exhibit Services and/or Encore Events. Wi-Fi will be available in the meeting rooms and ballroom.

Exhibit Move Out/Tear Down

Exhibits will be available for move out and tear down at 1:00 pm on Thursday May 26, 2016. Out of respect for the attendees and General Session speakers, all exhibitors must remain up until closing. If you must leave before 1:00 pm on Thursday, please make arrangements with Freeman to take down your booth after the last General Session. Be sure you have all your ship out labels attached to your booth for pick up and shipping. *additional charges will apply.

Online: JPG, GIF or PNG; 72dpi minimum at 100% of size, largest size possible

Conference Workbook Show Guide Ad

Gold, Silver and Platinum Sponsors: Non Bleed 5″ x 8″, Bleed 5.75″ x 8.75″. Our graphic designer also suggests keeping right and left margins of .5" to account for the coil binding of the workbook. Along with a .25 margin for the top and bottom.

Bronze Sponsors: Will get exhibitor logo in workbook

All sponsorships come with at least two complimentary registrations. Feel free to email jjatherton@fieldmedia.com if you are unsure how many passes you receive.

Additional staff conference passes are available for $175.00, which includes registration to all general sessions, workshops, receptions and meals. Additional staff can be entered on our online registration page under Exhibitor.

Sponsor/Exhibitor Prize Give-Aways

Prize Drawings are a great way to drive traffic to your exhibit booth. We will hold a Sponsor/Exhibitor Prize Drawing on the final day of the conference. Winners need to be present to win and we will continue to draw names until we have a winner.

This is not mandatory but is a great way to get attendees to your booth. Prizes are up to each individual sponsor/exhibitor. During the final networking break, you will have someone from your company come to the stage to announce the winner for your prize. Please turn in form to JJ Atherton by May 7th if you will be participating.
