As a sponsor of FORUM & Expo, your sponsorship comes with a custom VIP code that can be used by up to 25 of your prospects/clients to attend our event for free as your guest.
You will receive an HTML invite that can be used in your own efforts for email and social marketing. You can also send us a list of individuals you would like the IHC to invite on your behalf to be your company’s VIP in Atlanta.

Exhibits will be available for move out and tear down at 1:00 pm on Thursday May 26, 2016. Out of respect for the attendees and General Session speakers, all exhibitors must remain up until closing. If you must leave before 1:00 pm on Thursday, please make arrangements with Freeman to take down your booth after the last General Session. Be sure you have all your ship out labels attached to your booth for pick up and shipping. *additional charges will apply.

Prize Drawings are a great way to drive traffic to your exhibit booth. We will hold a Sponsor/Exhibitor Prize Drawing on the final day of the conference. Winners need to be present to win and we will continue to draw names until we have a winner.
This is not mandatory but is a great way to get attendees to your booth. Prizes are up to each individual sponsor/exhibitor. During the final networking break, you will have someone from your company come to the stage to announce the winner for your prize. Please turn in form to JJ Atherton by May 7th if you will be participating.
