Ward Morse is a Senior Vice-President of Employee Benefits for Willis Towers Watson. Ward started his career in underwriting with Prudential Health Care in 1992 and elevated over the next decade through several roles: Account Manager, Supervisor, Sales Manager, and eventually became a Principal Consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting where he spent 9 years. Ward has been working at Willis Towers Watson since September of 2009 where he quickly became a valuable resource for both clients and internal colleagues alike. Ward has been a broker advisory council member with several major insurers and meets quarterly with vendor leaders to discuss consumer advocacy, underwriting, emerging industry trends and healthcare reform. The book of business for which Ward currently oversees includes but is not limited to firms in Construction, Non-Profit, Technological as well as Aerospace and Engineering both in Georgia and around the country.
Ward graduated from James Madison University in 1991 with a BS in Management and Marketing. Ward has held his Georgia Life, Accident & Sickness license since 1995.
