With our commitment to providing a quality event for our attendees, speakers and sponsors, we have made the decision to move our Private Exchange FORUM scheduled for Sept. 8-9 in Baltimore to being co-located with IHC FORUM West in Las Vegas on Nov. 9-10.
With current market forces and confusion around private exchanges, of which it's our mission to help clarify, the participation in Baltimore from attendees and support from sponsors was just not where it should be to produce a quality, insightful event for all participants.
Co-locating with IHC FORUM West, where we expect over 500 attendees, will provide attendees access to a deeper program around exchanges, benefits tech and consumerism, and our sponsors a much larger audience of benefit buyers and influencers.
This move will strengthen both these events for this year and going into 2017. Our 2017 event schedule will include the 3rd Annual Private Exchange FORUM in Dallas at the end of March and our anchor consumerism event, the 8th Annual IHC FORUM & Expo in Atlanta in May/June (Dates are currently being finalized for all 2017 events). Details will be at www.theihccforum.com.
We apologize for this announcement coming 30 days before the scheduled event. In order to provide the most value to our sponsors, speakers and attendees, co-locating Private Exchange FORUM was a difficult, but apparent decision.
Your Baltimore registration will be automatically moved to 2016 IHC FORUM West in November. You will also receive a complementary one-year $149-value IHC University membership. If you wish to be refunded, please contact email@example.com.
We hope you will join us in Las Vegas.
