Payment Terms

We conveniently accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Purchase Order and Check. For Purchase Orders and Checks – Invoices are Net 15.

Refunds and Cancellations

Registration cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation administrative fee. Full refunds, minus the cancellation fee, will be made only if a written cancellation is received or postmarked before March 11, 2011. You may fax your cancellation request to FieldMedia at 770.663.4409. No refunds will be processed after March 12, 2011.

Privacy Policy

FieldMedia LLC shares its conference lists with exhibitors that will be at the conference. This allows exhibitors to inform attendees of events at the conference that may not be publicized anywhere else.

The use of this seal is not an endorsement by the HR Certification Institute of the quality of the program.
