Exhibit Move Out/Tear Down

Exhibits will be be available for move out and tear down at 1:00 p.m on Friday, September 7th, 2012. Out of respect for the attendees and General Session speakers, all exhibitors must remain up until closing. If you must leave before 1:00 p.m on Friday, please make arrangements with Freeman to take down your booth after the last General Session. Be sure you have all your ship out labels attached to your booth for pick up and shipping. *additional changes will apply.

(a) General Sessions are in the same room as the exhibits. Please close all booths during presentation times.
(b) Each Booth comes with 8′ high backwall and 3′ high side dividers, (1) 6′ topped and skirted table, (2) side chairs, (1) wastebasket, (1) 7×44 identification sign. All booths will be supplied with Power. Exhibit space is carpeted. Any additional items can be ordered Freeman Exhibit Services(please note that extension cords run up to $66 per cord). Wi-Fi will be available in the meeting rooms and ballroom.

Sponsors will receive the following number of conference passes based on their sponsorship level:

Gold – 4 passes
Silver – 4 passes
Bronze – 2 passes

Additional conference passes are available for $175.00, which includes registration to all workshops, receptions and meals. Additional staff can be entered on our online registration page under Exhibitor or if entering through this page, additional staff will be billed to your organization.

Exhibitor Material Requirements

All exhibitor/sponsor logos, advertisements and 50-word company descriptions must be received by August 3, 2012 for it to appear on event banners and show guides.

HealthCare Consumerism Connection Game

We are excited to announce HealthCare Consumerism Connections, a game designed for our attendees to learn about your solutions and how they can help their organization on their journey to HealthCare Consumerism. You will be given a roll of stamps that you will need to stamp the attendee’s game sheet in the workbook. On Friday, they will be able to turn in their filled out game sheet for a prize drawing.

Prize Drawing Form

We will hold a Sponsor/Exhibitor Prize Drawing on the final day of the conference. Winners need to be present to win and we will continue to draw names until we have a winner.
This is not mandatory but is a great way to get attendees to your booth. Prizes are up to each individual sponsor/exhibitor. During the final networking break, you will have someone from your company come to the stage to announce the winner for your prize.
