Payment Terms

We conveniently accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Purchase Order and Check. For Purchase Orders and Checks – Invoices are Net 15.

Refunds and Cancellations

Registration cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation administrative fee. Full refunds, minus the cancellation fee, will be made only if a written cancellation is received or postmarked before Sept 1, 2014. You may fax your cancellation request to FieldMedia at 866.671.5462. No refunds will be processed after Sept 1, 2014.
